Anyway, I know they're not new per say, but I had never had one and I thought it'd be a perfect time to review, especially with it being the month where everyone seems to want to eat better and healthier and what-not...
I wasn't too sure what to expect upon opening this, I've had the chocolate flavour ones of these before and they are absolute heaven! But I was a little sceptical about this one, all that was to change though! Upon opening I was met with a delicate sweet smell, slightly vanilla-ish and very inviting! I wasn't let down either! This bar was amazing... it was sweet, with a slight rhubarb tang and whilst progressing through the bar there is a delightful creaminess to it, I assume this is the custard aspect.
Now although as an avid custardlover, nothing quite beats a big, fat, steaming bowl of delicious, creamy custard.... But for a mid morning snack bar this is a great product, especailly if you're looking for something sweet without the guilt!
